When going into any surgery we can only hope for the best and plan for the worst. This event being a total Hip Replacement I can easily say the result was better than the "Best" I had imagined. The Powder River Surgery Staff treated me to very affective pre-operation advice and preparation, accurate and detailed description of the surgical process and recovery expectation and necessary requirements to have the best end result possible. I think the best of all was the conversations we had PreOp that let me know that they cared to know who I am and what I cared about, both past and future. There is nothing better than going into this knowing that I was being taken care of by this team and the Spirit that is present in all.

The surgery center took great care of me for my knee replacement surgery. Everyone I encountered pre-surgery was professional and caring. I received excellent care post surgery. Everyone took time to explain all procedures and answer questions. I was very groggy post surgery and they gave me extra time and care to recover. I cannot recommend them more.

I have had two robot assisted total knee replacements in the past 10 weeks. My care before, during, and after both surgeries was excellent. A nurse called me a couple days after my second surgery to check in me as she was thinking about me and worried about an issue I was having post surgery. This was in addition to the normal 24 and 48 hour check ins.

I had the best experience at Powder River Surgical Center. Every staff member that I dealt with were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I had a full hip replacement a week ago and they contacted me several times to make sure that I am doing ok. I would highly recommend them. We live 70 miles from Gillette and the nurses made sure I was set up for a comfortable ride home!! I would be very comfortable with any of my family or friends having surgery there.
