I was very upset with the way the billing department handled my phone call. My bill was completely different and I wanted to get a full printout. The lady I spoke to was Very defensive and rood.

When I first moved to Evanston I was due for my annual Endoscopy. I chose Premier Surgical Center because I really didn't know where else to go have it done. I was very happy I chose them because they were very caring and professional on every level. Very friendly staff also. I warned them that I have trouble with sedation and they listened to what I had to say. Everything about the surgery went very well with no complications at all. And they gave me all the time needed in recovery to wake up from the sedation. That is why I chose them again to do my Gallbladder removal. They did a fantastic job and paid close attention to my sedation problem since I was sedated heavier do to the more invasive surgery of the Gallbladder removal. Dr. Barton and his staff made my visit to the surgery center very comforting and relaxed. You will be hard pressed to find a surgery center as good as this one. If you pass this center up for some other center down the road you will be doing yourself a great disservice. They will go out of their way to make you comfortable. I promise. I've had several surgeries over the years and not once have I felt the desire to thank the people for their kind and caring professionalism. Until now! They earned it.
