Professional and competent care! The office atmosphere is rather impersonal for a small community. It would be helpful for family that is waiting to receive an update during their loved one’s procedure since they are not able to accompany them back for even the pre op part. Interaction with family is an important part of the patient’s experience. Sadly it’s a bit like being herded in and out like cattle .
