I had two surgeries with this business . I don't recommend this business for general anesthesia surgery. I advocate you ask informational questions about their billing fees and malpractice policies. I had an infection later (in fairness may have been the Eye Clinic and their doctors fault not from surgery however that infection is typically seen in a surgery I didn't have) and they were only semi helpful about providing relevant information after my procedures. I thank them for making me more informed about living wills. I encourage them to watch who they put pneumatic boots on as it's sometimes contradicted and can cause adverse outcomes and health. Staff was helpful and nice. Very calm environment prior to surgery (from what I can remember (haha). You may want to delay giving patients surveys until the surgery drugs wear all the way off(although that may also be Dr. Wingelaar and not the fault of surgery center).
