Had the surgery today, bunion and toe straightening. Jessica, my nurse, was amazing from the prep call the day before to the day of care. She is a calming force and made sure I had all the info and was doing okay during the procedure. The numbing is uncomfortable but only about a minute and she is encouraging conversation and engagement so your focus is elsewhere and it works! I’m still numb so will update later but the consult and surgery were a very positive experience!

My surgery was fantastic. I walked out right after my procedure and received top notch care from everyone at the office. Jessica was completely helpful for all my pre and post op needs and was even there with me during surgery. I can’t believe how good my foot looked right after surgery. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with my experience at the Northwest Surgery Center. Dr. McCartan and his staff are the most professional, organized, knowledgeable and warm medical group I’ve worked with. Right from the start they had my best interest at heart. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered thoroughly. The operation itself was more like a friendly visit than a medical procedure. Alison remained by my side the entire time explaining what to expect and reassuring me of how things were progressing.
