We were placed on a year-long waiting list for a necessary assessment for our elementary school-aged child. After waiting the full year, our appointment was canceled less than three weeks before it was scheduled to occur. We were told the provider no longer sees patients at the location they scheduled us at. Canceling a child’s long-awaited assessment after a year without a clear plan forward is extremely disappointing. Families deserve better communication, accountability, and compassion — especially when children’s healthcare needs are involved. Unfortunately, this reflects ongoing issues we’ve experienced with this healthcare system over the years. This was the final straw for our family.

Another example of poor service. My MIL. Passed. They said she had a Bill outstanding. $59.00. Which we need to pay now. So we paid with our credit card. A month later they said it had been paid already and sent a check made out to The Estate of. There is no account open. They can’t re issue the check. So they gave a paper which said. Basically they were keeping the money and there is nothing we can do. That is how it is.

It was crazy finding where I had to go. People telling me to take many right and left turns. The place was super busy and lots of people. The dr I went to see I was not happy. Good luck finding someone to actually take you where you’re supposed to go. I did tell the desk I was new and didn’t know where to go and was told take this way make several turns get on elevator and more turns. It was nerve racking to find it, but I eventually found it and ended up waiting 49 mins past my appointment to see the Dr and then waited another 15 mins in the room. All that waiting for a ten minute visit. The visit was sooooo rushed and I will not be back.

The nurses are absolutely wonderful through out the clinic . It's some of the Doctors ! My primary retired and getting another Doctor to sign your prescriptions when your waiting to reestablish is worse than pulling teeth. Five days and I'm still waiting , I've called and messaged! I'm seriously considering Aspirus .

Reception workers are helpful and patient. The building was very clean. Many signs to navigate. Many pieces of art. It was nice, but has a spooky feel to it. Probably the age of the building or the cemetery right across the street. 😅
