Honestly we are taken care of horribly as patients. Are voices are never heard. The turnover rate is worse than the food service, machines are ignored, i never see good teamwork its everyone for themselves. No care team is offered, they can't even provide a social worker. Ita a very unsafe environment.

Since Fresenius took over this facility form Wisconsin Dialysis (UW Health) the quality of Patient care has dramatically declined. It also appears after multiple letters to the management that this is not a concern. It is very apparent that we are now a number instead of a patient. I continue to try an point this out, but am not getting anywhere with managment.
