Very clean facility and attentive staff. I was there for my ENT surgery this week and having only had procedures in a "full" hospital setting before, I was a little curious how this would go. Lynn was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable; answered all my questions and went the extra mile working with my fear of needles. The OR team were very kind and I remember them being very soothing as the anesthesia kicked in. I spoke with Leah for my preop instructions and postop check-in and she was very pleasant. 10/10 if I ever have to do this again, I hope it's here with the same team.

I have had two neurectomy procedures at Milwaukee Surgical Suites (2021 and 2024), both with the same MD (Dr. Andrew Marso from the Wisconsin Foot Center) and the experiences were both great. Their team is very thoughtful and thorough and despite my sometimes overwhelming anxiety with these types of things, my nurses did a great job at communicating and keeping me calm. I have to give a shoutout to Autumn, my in-OR RN who was just the sweetest and took such great care of me.

I had my septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and nasal valve surgery here in May with Dr. Anthony Rieder. It was such a smooth and pleasant experience! The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. I witnessed them interacting with the pediatric patients and I was incredibly impressed. Everyone here worked their hardest to make it the best experience for patients. Even the billing information was straight forward and all my questions were answered. 10/10 recommend!

We just brought our two year old in for ear tubes and had a great experience! From the front desk staff to the nurses and doctor… all were absolutely amazing! You all made my little one feel comfortable and put my mind at ease! Thank you!
