Nice facility and great staff. I'm pleased with the appointment itself - but I'm having a hard time understanding why there are twice as many EV parking spots as disabled parking spots? I saw several disabled people (myself included) having to walk farther distances to non disabled spots, meanwhile electric vehicles have much better access to the facility.

Canceled kids well being appts. because they no longer accept community health plan even though its a secondary insurance plan. What if this had been an emergency? We need healthcare for all and not dictated by profits.

I am so thankful for Dashell that works in podiatry with Dr. Parks! She put my mind at ease. Due to the state us Americans are in I was so worried about my payment, yet alone on how the surgery will go! She’s a rock star and she deserves a rise and all the goodness that comes to her! This is the most recent building added to The Vancouver Clinic. Building 2. Third floor is their new surgical center. I've had a few things done here and its a beautiful facility. There is an urgent care on the 1st floor. They have moved a lot of building 1 stuff and people around. Make sure you know which building you are going to!

I am shocked that this place is a medical facility. I went in a few months ago for a physical with some known concerns. The medical provider I saw was pushing a colonoscopy even though I am not at risk for it. Meanwhile, I can't even get them to have me hooked up for a take home heart monitor for what I suspect is A-fib. I sent a couple of messages to my care team, and they said they would send the referral again. Almost 3 months after the initial appointment, I've heard nothing. Their billing department is on top of things, though. They're not willing to work on affordable payments and will send you to collections fairly quickly, though. Update: after 4 months I finally got a call from the cardiology department. The Vancouver Clinic has an utter lack of communication, and I would avoid getting any care at this place because it will take forever for referrals to get anywhere. I also ended up paying my bill in full since they will not take payments stretched out beyond 6 months, regardless of the bill.
