I had my deviated septum repaired here today and what a wonderful experience! Everyone I engaged with from the woman at the main desk to my recovery nurse was attentive, warm, welcoming, and very professional! ( Sorry I don't remember their names).These people care about people and it shows! Having surgery can be scary and I was nervous, but they ALL made me feel at ease and well taken care of!

If only their Acute Trauma care center in 309 could run their appointments on time. Every time I bring my mom in, regardless if she’s the only one in the office for an appointment, they NEVER run on time and seem to take forever when they get to it. It’s actually quite annoying because if we’re late we get charged for the visit. Or if we are on time, they want to see you for 5 minutes in hopes you don’t have any questions for the doctor to answer. Overall poor quality service.

My surgery was moved from Tacoma General to here and I admit I wasn't to sure about that. Am I glad they did! The staff was absolutely great! My nurse Shayna was the best! Nurses have that caring gene and Shayna certainly has it. Mathew who did my vitals and EKG was also top notch! The staff in the OR was caring and really took care of me. I would not hesitate to go back in the future! Thanks Shayna and the rest of the team for the excellent care that you give your patients when they are at their most vulnerable!!

The staff was amazing. Admissions was easy. Nurse Kristen was super friendly and funny, she took away some of the anxiety I was having before my surgery. The lady who set up the IV was attentive to my nerve condition and placed it with very little pain. Dr. Rios answered my questions about the anesthesia and Dr. Oliaei was super friendly, attentive and straight to the point. Nurse Wendy took care of my Post Op and she was great. Nurse Matthew, thank you for making sure I got in my car safely. In general, the staff was great and I really associate the extra care that everyone showed for me. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience here yesterday, with Dr. Reagan, who performed mesh sling surgery on me. The entire team was wonderful, including the intake personnel, nursing staff, and doctors. I want to especially thank Linda, who was my post-op nurse. She was so kind, and informative, and comfortable. I simply adored her and and all others on the team!!
