I never expected to pursue cosmetic surgery, but I’m SO glad I found Dr. Chestnut and clinic 5C! After having major corrective jaw surgery a few years ago, I started noticing changes in my face that were bothering me (a hollowness/dark circles under my eyes, asymmetries, etc.) Others had suggested I investigate filler, but as someone with a long history of chronic illness and auto-immune conditions, I had zero interest in putting that into my body. I happened to listen to a podcast interview with Dr. Chestnut and immediately started looking into his practice – the way he emphasized patient health & well-being, as well as optimizing his own lifestyle to be able to offer elite performance as a surgeon really resonated with me, and I knew if I was going to consider surgery, he would be my first choice. As a patient, I was completely taken care of through the entire process, from initial consultation throughout my recovery and beyond – I’m almost 1 year post-op and know I can still contact the clinic at any time if I have a question or concern (which I really don’t, because everything went so smoothly!). My results are amazing, I healed super quickly, and no one would know anything was done. Every little detail is thought out and purposeful, and perhaps the only “downside” is that now my standards for any clinical/surgical experience is going to be ridiculously high :) It truly is next level care, and I cannot recommend highly enough!

From the moment we arrived from Colorado, the concierge Alicia made us feel right at home, every detail was taken car of- I had a driver every day, two nights with a nurse (they are the best at what they do, thanks especially to Shelby), and we stayed at the most beautiful recovery home on the river! My modality treatments after surgery were the icing on the cake to speed up my recovery. My experience with Dr Chesnut and his team was incredible, their professionalism, dedication to details and safety, made me feel completely comfortable and I knew I was at the right place with the right people! If I could give this place higher than 5 stars, I would. First off, Dr. Chesnut is so professional and knowledgeable, and leaps and bounds ahead in his field. I was looking for someone who does things naturally and does things right the first time, with long-term results in mind. He has a well trained eye and attention to detail, and when you spend time with him, you feel like you are his only patient. Never once did I feel like he was rushing off to see someone else. His techniques are immaculate and the compassion and care that he and his entire staff exhibit are exemplary. The post surgical care provided was top-notch and more than expected. I especially appreciated Shelby as she was so comforting and helpful with any questions I had. Love this office and couldn’t be more happy I chose them.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice! I’ve been coming here for years and trust NO ONE with my face except Dr. Chesnut. His work is truly magic, natural, precise, and always exactly what I want without ever looking “done.” He has an incredible eye and a level of skill that’s rare. The entire team is truly amazing, but Shelby deserves a special shout-out. She’s warm, welcoming, and makes every visit feel comfortable and personal. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that makes such a difference. This is one of those places where you feel completely confident from the moment you walk in. Professional, kind, and exceptionally talented. I recommend them without hesitation.

This provider is unethical and unprofessional. I have active cancer and have been abandoned as a patient in the middle of my treatment because this doctor has seemingly randomly decided to only see cosmetic patients now. I had been waiting for a call to get my cancer removed and kept calling with no response. I finally got a call back from one of the other locations and was told that the clinic is now only seeing cosmetics and the location I was seen at is permanently closing and that I can talk to my primary care doctor for a referral somewhere else. Well everywhere else is booked out at least three months, so now I have to start over and wait to be treated. I was given no warning or notice. No email, text, call, letter, signage… nothing. This decision was made by Dr. Chesnut who is apparently the owner. Do not go here as they do not care about their patients!
