I highly recommend Northwest Surgery Center. Linda, the nurse, is thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable. Dr. Stewart is a fantastic surgeon. He is amiable, personable, and enjoyable to speak with. In addition he is patient and takes the time to explain the procedure and answer questions, which is very reassuring.

The staff did an amazing job making sure that I understood the whole process and did everything they could to make my time there comfortable! Dr. Porter and his team are wonderful and have been throughout my entire care since I came to them a year ago!

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was a miscommunication. I scheduled my surgery at 930 and they pushed it back to 1130. I did not get this information conveyed to me but this is partially my fault as my phone doesn't always save messages. The staff was was absolutely fantastic. They were perfessional and exceptional at what they do.

Soft lighting greeted me. The receptionist gave me her attention quickly. The registered nurse brought me back. She explained everything and let me ask questions. The nurse anesthetist came in and double checked information. The doctor came in and reviewed my complaints and what was important to me. He explained again what he was going to do and made sure I understood. I felt comfortable and pain free during procedure. The staff was very gentle and the whole experience stress free. The RN was super helpful. I highly recommend Northwesr Surgery Center.
