Really lovely. I will say honestly, I went with them because it was close to my work and covered by my insurance, but I have been incredibly pleased with how heard I have felt from my phobia of needles, to my worry about going to the dentist in general.
During the routine cleaning, I felt what seemed like two cuts on my gums, along with noticeable bleeding. Even six hours after the appointment, I am still experiencing sharp pain in two specific spots and could taste blood in my mouth. This has never happened to me before at this dentist or my dentist back home. I don’t really care about the cut, but how it was handled rubbed me the wrong way. During the visit, I noticed the hygienist using cotton/tissue pads to press against my gums/teeth, presumably due to bleeding. I saw blood on the instrument, the tray, and could taste it, but it was never brought up by them and I had to bring it up myself. When I raised the concern, both the hygienist and the doctor reassured me that the bleeding was normal. I was told it was “moderate” and that it would heal, and that it may have been related to my Invisalign treatment or minor inflammation in the back. I respect their professional opinion, but I am concerned because the pain was coming from my front teeth and my Invisalign treatment ended three months ago, and I never experienced bleeding or sharp pain during cleanings throughout the Invisalign treatment period. I had pretty positive experiences here prior so I’m disappointed in how my concerns were dismissed and I felt I was really not heard by them.
Dr. Tracy Tran was lovely. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. No big push or sell either. Her team were considerate and genuine, and the entire visit felt calm and well organized. The appointment was unhurried, and the care felt thoughtful and professional throughout. I appreciated the genuine attention to comfort and communication and would happily recommend Dr. Tran and her team to others.
Had an emergency issue and they got me in quickly. Dr Johnson has been my dentist for decades. And my wife and kids have gone to him for many years. So fortunate to have a doctor like him for much of my adult life!
The team was amazing! I hadn't been to the dentist for nearly a decade after a traumatizing lock-jaw experience, and they were super understanding and accommodating. We broke my cleaning into 4 sessions, and they allowed me breaks to relax my jaw and made sure I was completely comfortable. No shame, no lectures, pure dedication to care.
