I had an exceptional experience with Stacy Adams, and her support team, who helped me with my semi-annual skin cancer checkup. She was polite and incredibly knowledgeable, turning a simple checkup into an enjoyable and educational session. Stacy went above and beyond, teaching me about features I didn't know. Her dedication made it clear that she's a true asset, embodying the best service available.

Staff and knowledgeable and welcoming. It would be useful if there was a portal where all of my records could be viewed. If there is one, I Haven’t been informed.

Absolutely disgusted with the team here. I've been here twice and both times have been horrific. First visit I received a positive diagnosis of cancer on my upper lip. Due to location I chose to visit a surgeon outside of Skin Surgery Center. They took over 7 months to send the required referral to my chosen physician allowing the cancer on my face to grow. It took a letter from the hospital compliance officer to force them to send the referral. Against my better judgement I went a second time as the location of concern was on my chest and I would've been fine with a removal in house, plus they had the soonest available appointments. This second time they allowed my insurance to process the claim as "out of network" even though they are in network and I had seen the provider previously and had it covered by insurance the first time. However the worst part was, had they sent me a timely bill, I would've been happy to appeal the out of network decision with my insurance personally, instead they did not send me a bill for over NINE MONTHS. My insurance does not allow appeals after 180 days. After receiving this bill nine months later I contacted Skin Surgery Center to let them know I was appealing my insurance's decision (even though it was outside of the time frame) in hopes they would cover it. While waiting on a response from my insurance, which Skin Surgery Center knew I was contacting, they sent my bill to collections with no notice, no "final invoice," no communication whatsoever. I am still fighting this massive bill due to their incompetence and inability to do anything timely. Do not go here.

I have been coming to SSC for nearly 20 years always seeing Annalisa & Stacey. I am happy to say my experience in every aspect of this practice from front office to billing has been a a 10. I do have one request. That would be that I would like to be excused from filling out the remarks section of these surveys. I understand and agree with the need for them. I would assure you that I would contact you immediately if a problem were to arise. Thxs - DRM
