Dr Veal and his staff have been great. I’ve had 2 lumbar injections and the last one was stronger and had been working well. Dr Veal listened to me. He explained everything with each injection. Definitely will keep going to him as needed and definitely recommend him.
The staff was very welcoming, professional and explained everything in detail. Dr. Wag and her team are tops in their field, that's why I travel over 1.5 hours each way to receive treatment for my back pain issue.
Life changing experience! I waited from 2008 until 2025 to final find a doctor that could take care of my neck issues without having to undergo a fusal of my spine. My fist doctor said 5 the next 3 but Dr Wohns has the experience to help without having to do such an invasive surgery. Dr Wohns and Kyle Mahaffey PA are an awesome duo in the entire surgical process. I was pain free within a week and living a normal life within 6 weeks with hardly a scar visible. I am grateful for a friend of mine to point me in the direction of the Neospine Clinic and I'd do it again. Now onward to my back next!
I really like the new computer program they use sending out texts is really helpful. My weight was very small in the waiting room . And the provider came quickly to my room probably only waited 10 minutes. Overall, really good experience and feedback Professional and nice staff. Unlike other surgeons This office really worries about your pain control, and empowers you to make the right choices
Constructive criticism: Made first call for appointment with Dr Wohns approx. 8/11 - left message. Second call office to 8/15 - left another message. Rec'd call following week and said I needed new referral. Took most of the next week to see my general practitioner; he sent referral that day to your office. 8/26 called your office and was told you did not have the referral. Again I called Dr. and he resent referral. Called your office next day asking for appointment with Dr. Wohns. Did not get return call so I came to your office two days later on 8/29. Received appointment on 9/5 and took paper work with me to fill out and returned to your office personally on 9/2. Came for the appointment on 9/5 and was told paperwork was not in office and I could not see Dr. Wohns that day. Made new appointment for 9/22 and left very frustrated. The paperwork was found in your office later that day. It took at least 6 weeks to make and meet the appointment with Dr. Wohns . He then made a referral to Rayus for MRI's and I called them on 9/25 and made appointment for 9/29. for MRI's. Not trusting your phone responses I again came to your office on 9/26 to advise Dr. Wohns of MRi schedule so consultation appointment could be set up ASAP. Date of 10/20 was provided. MRI's completed as of this date; 10/2. Knowing you are instituting a new system and knowing that it takes time - but not receving return calls at all for 4 messages left during this time frame is inexscusable. The employee left with the task of returning calls during this conversion time should have been given help to make return phone calls. I trust this condition is being rectified as this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I feel I should have had a consultation re: MRI's with Dr. Wohns by now but still will wait another 16 days before I see him due to the poor communication performance by your office in these past weeks.
