I went with my significant other to an appointment with Dr. Orton and was disappointed at the "care" my significant other received. Once the doctor came in and introduced himself, he couldn't get out of the room fast enough. He left my significant other with more questions than answers, primarily because we were apparently disrupting his day. On our way out, Dr. Orton was stretched out at his desk doing nothing. Apparently, we were an inconvenience to his stretching session. We are going to ask to be transferred to another provider, one that doesn't act like doing his job is an inconvenience.

Waited over an hour to schedule an appointment that couldn’t be scheduled online. 25 min waiting just to be told I was connected to the wrong clinic. Transferred over to the correct one and waited another 45 min to get a rep. Always a wait in office too.

Nice clinic. Wait times are long but that is normal for any Hospital or Clinic. More so these days but it has always been a busy place. Going to a place like this expecting to be in then out is like asking a fig tree for an apple. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I keep getting sent here for random drug tests from my employer. Each time has been easy.
