I have most of my care through the Lynwood clinic (primary, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, labs, xrays, mri). I feel confident in the care I receive and staff has always been kind. I appreciate not always having to drive into Seattle for most of my care.

30 minutes on the phone to schedule the appointment. 5 minutes with the doctor. After telling the doc i hurt my shoulder while working and I heared a pop out they said I just strained it, and rest, to which I asked can or should I at least get physical therapy, they said sure, and left. My shoulder has never felt this way. Saw me for 5 minutes! This is not medicine. This is for profit. Cant wait to see what they charge my insurance. 5 months later the MRI revealed it was fully torn. You guys really really suck.

I will never schedule an appointment here again. I scheduled an EKG due to chest pain with a referral from my primary care provider. As I was driving to my appointment they called me 20 minutes prior to the appointment time to cancel my appointment. They said they were unable to do the EKG as I needed to see one of their providers. This was never relayed when I scheduled the appointment. They should have never let me schedule the appointment and definitely should have called to cancel more than 20 minutes prior.

Nurses and doctors are super sweet. However, my family and I have been coming here for three generations now. F Virginia masons. This place was so much better when running under Swedish. Receptionists literally know nothing about insurance and will tell you they take insurance but as soon as you show up, you and told that they actually don’t take your insurance. I literally moved my whole work day around, called the 1800 number before coming to make sure they did in fact take my insurance, show up and I get turned away and basically told “we told you so” f this place
