This is my second time back to this place. Dr. Eng is awesome and so was the whole team. I highly recommend this place. The office is set up nicely and I never had to wait past my scheduled time on the waiting room for my procedure. They take you back, you get dressed for the procedure, they escort you to your bed and put warm blankets on you. All staff know their jobs and they come in separately to go over their part in the procedure and give you the opportunity to ask questions. Hey roll you into the operating room, and within 10 minutes, you are asleep and. My experience is I am in and out with 1-1.5 hours. I had no complications after the procedure. Would recommend to have a morning appointment. Your body can get cold if you have it in the afternoon.

I was very well cared by Dr. Brown-Chang and nurses Erika and Ian were amazing. They all explained the procedure very clearly and made sure I was comfortable. In the end I felt like the whole thing never happened. Dr. Brown Chang was absolutely amazing as always. Very caring, kind and gentle and the diagnosis is always spot on.

The whole team taking care of me for this procedure was amazing. My nurse sarah was really nice and helped ease my anxiety. The doctor and anesthesia provider were also very nice, calm and informative. It was a very positive experience for me.

I thought the entire staff being friendly and helpful, while also being professional really made the environment great! Prior to the appointment they also made sure that I had picked up my medications, clarified any questions that I had about the diet/dosage. At the actual clinic they have ample free parking space and have a very clean facility. Easy and friendly check-in experience process. Procedure was well explained, and questions were addressed too! The staff were also accommodative of religious sentiments (wherever feasible), which just showed that they actually care about the patient experience overall!
