Was amazing very informative and didnt make one feel stupid when speaking with him. He talks with you, instead of down at you. This man seen the effusion on my right knee and was as gentle as one could be. This was no easy task with draining 6 syringe full of fluid from my knee. And after that well we as a team made a plan moving forward. Highly recommended. I left one empty star putting it at 4 star rating because I've yet to see what he does next. So far Highly recommended!!

Took my son here for his knee and had an amazing experience. Their team is amazing from the front staff, nurses, to the doctors. They got us in asap. They went above and beyond for my son by listening to his concerns, and taking him having to miss hockey very seriously. My son is now back on the ice and doing so much better. We are incredibly happy and recommend going here for any sport injury. We saw Dr. Kelly.

Several of my family have received knee and ankle replacements at Tri-Cities orthopedics with flawless experiences. I drove four hours from my home to visit and discuss options for my shoulder replacement. I met with Joseph Webb and was pleased to learn, from his vast experience, about the many options I had to choose from. He also shared a procedure not offered by Tri-Cities as a possibility. This level of education and transparency highly impressed me. I was given information to help me best choose for my health need, not options that would best serve Tri-Cities orthopedics. This says much about Joseph Webb and Tri-Cities orthopedics. It is not about the money but what is best for the patient. Even if one must travel four hours, this is the place to receive orthopedic care.

Highly recommend this office! You leave feeling as if your care team are friends who only want to make your experience as comfortable and successful as possible. Jessica was my point person (not her official title, but you get the drift). She provided answers to all questions and was an enthusiastic cheerleader who made my journey an easy one. I had total care at this facility including the physical therapy following the surgery and I could not be more pleased with the results.
