Dr. T. Chi did both my knee replacements and did a very good. I have my life back now and can do almost everything I could before.

Great facility, great nurses/techs, terrible billing! Sent me an estimate with expected costs for my surgery but never did the statement say "payment required before surgery." Further, the estimate even says "NOT A BILL." But of course when I check in to my surgery, the "estimate" was required to be paid IN FULL (>$6000) before they would admit me. Because I took an Uber to the center and didn't have my wallet on me, I had no way to pay! After a frantic 45 minutes later, and multiple phone calls to a bunch of people, I managed find my credit card numbers. We rushed through in-take and I got the surgery done, but holy moly it was unnecessarily stressful. I've had surgeries at this center years ago and this was never the policy then. I've also never had a late bill with Proliance. It all could have been avoided too with either a call, or clear email. Lastly, the staff had zero flexibility or sympathy. Super frustrating.

Dr. Craig Villari is exceptional! I’m relatively skeptical about doctors, but Dr. Craig Villari changed that for me. I recently had a minor surgery with him and was supremely impressed — not just with the outcome, but with his exceptional care and demeanor throughout. Dr. Villari personally called me each day over the weekend after my procedure just to check in and see how I was doing. That kind of attentiveness is rare and incredibly reassuring. His work, professionalism, and genuine kindness left me feeling deeply grateful for medical practitioners like him. Truly outstanding experience. Thank you!

For this 1st-time surgery patient, I chose Proliance-Highlands & specifically Dr. Boone and his extended team for their responsive, gracious, thorough protocol and how they truly listened to my situation & concerns. The day of the surgery reconfirmed my decision - literally everyone was welcoming, smiling, put me at ease, answered more of my questions, and conducted the pre through post-op with a calm, friendly efficiency that that reassured me this is a truly well-run team that are experts in their field. The hip surgery went wonderfully, no surprises, just as expected. Dr. Boone is a master & his team is stellar. Two thumbs way up and my thanks for such a positive experience for this needy newbie :).

I went to a new doctor at Western Washington Medical Group in Everett as my doctor there had retired. He was kind, but I spent more time with his medical assistant and I was not happy with the procedure he was going to do. With this doctor, I would be in a bandage for two weeks and it was a six month recovery. This would not work for me. I researched what I needed done, started calling around and I liked what I had read about Proliance Orthopedics and their doctors. I chose Dr. Cameron Schick and after I met with him, I was glad that I did. He said I definitely needed this surgery, he explained the procedure he was going to do to fix my thumb and I would start OT in five days. The recovery time was to be six weeks- not six months. I was so impressed with Dr. Schick and his staff that I was referring people I know to Proliance Orthopedics and to Dr. Cameron Schick before I even had my surgery! My surgery went so well that I did not need any pain medication after I left for home. Each day I was able to use my hand more and more with little discomfort and no pain at all. I am glad I finally had this surgery done because I was in a lot of pain before my procedure. I would without a doubt, highly recommend Proliance Orthopedics and Dr. Cameron Schick to anyone that needs hand surgery.
