Starting at the front desk! The young lady was kind and helpful for what was to come after check in ! Thank you ! Next the nurse that came out to get me was very pleasant great chat as we went to the room ! Asked me questions about my medical history very easy to understand! Then she put the ivy needle in my right arm and didn't feel a thing !! It's hard to find a vain on me bet one push of the needle and she was done ! She took me to the next room to wait for the doctor he was recommended to me. He explained everything in more detail ! Next a nother young lady came and rolled me to the procedure room and she can drive a hospital bed with skills ! Two people were in the room waiting and explaining step by step what was going to happen before I took a nap lol ! I told them I have bad teeth and not one face changed ! He gave me the Anastasia and I said good night to them ! LOL !! When I woke up another lady asked if I waited water or juice I said yes please 🙏 I don't write much or type ! This place is amazing !!! Send my wife there and im confident she will be well taken care of !!! Thank you again all of you !!

The wait explains the service, if you want to go to a place you are just a number this is it. They are understaffed and busy I won’t come back.

I'm very happy with the care I receive from the staff and providers at this office. I would recommend them to anyone. Wait times are long, but that is the norm in WA. They have many locations and even offer telehealth.

Katie was wonderful! She's very knowledgeable and takes time to actually listen to you. This is the first time in almost a year that I've felt like someone is listening. She's wonderful!!
