The docs here chef kiss. She made sure I was super comfortable answered all my questions and once I informed her of my anxiety she understood and made sure to fully explain everything to me.. There are two things that can improve the check in machine is not patient friendly at ALL. And also the front desk ppl are the first contact with the company it should be more professional and great customer service should be the goal. They set the mood for the company. But the docs great job.

Everyone is so very caring. Dr. Hefferman is such a good doctor. He did a good job and he even called the following day to follow up checking if am alright. It was very nice of him to call and check. Appreciate the smooth process in my cataract removal. Staff was professional and caring. The surgery went very well. Doctor Tester was communicative during the procedure and those assisting were kind and gentle. This made for a calm experience. Highly recommend.
