Monica hung up on me because I wasn’t getting thru the app fast enough and then when I got to the point to set the appt with the doctor I wanted (after 10min) Monica told me that provider wasn’t taking new patients. They’ve created numerous barriers to getting the care I called for and said I was the problem when I explained I don’t do what they do everyday and don’t know the rules. She was unhelpful, blamed me and hung up.***EDITED**** called back and was able to be helped by Rose who not only was able to schedule my Telehealth appt (which Monica said I HAD to do via my chart) but she also was able to schedule me for the provider I needed. I don’t know what’s up with this organization but be wary, take notes and always get a 2nd set of eyes on everything they do. They are here to make money first.

Waited an hour to be put in a room, to wait another hour and a half to be seen. The doctor was knowledgeable and pleasant which is the only reason I'm giving two stars. I also scheduled an Endocrinology appointment about a month ago and for the entirety of my time with diabetes I've had to get my blood drawn before seeing her. I've been at the lab waiting for 2 hours now for a blood draw. The Everett Clinic has gone down the toilet ever since Optum took over, and I would honestly avoid getting care here.

The scheduling was great and the reception was very friendly and informative. When I arrived at the clinic I only had to wait just a few minutes before I was waited on. The receptionist there was very informative about where I needed to go to to see my allergist doctor. I only had to wait about 15 minutes before I was called back so I can get into a room to see the doctor. The doctor was very informative & put the time to explain things to me in details.. I recommend this Clinic to anyone who needs to see a doctor!
