The staff are always so nice and pleasant. Their office is always clean. Dr.Brian Jones is great. He listens to me and my issues and then sends me for appropriate testing or updated testing. They get you in for a follow-up asap to discuss said results and starts creating a plan according to your results. He's personable and professional. When a procedure is ordered his staff is immediately on top of the task. It gets quite busy in the waiting room but I have never been left out there waiting for an unacceptable amount of time nor in the room in the back. I've worked in a couple doctors offices, one really high volume and it's seamless and as a patient not stressful. That's not the easiest to accomplish. I've been a patient here for many years and still would recommend this office/Dr to anyone.

Dr. Otlans was great! He listened intently, asked great questions, ordered the imaging he needed, read it quickly and gave me his assessment. I very much appreciated his insight and efficiency. I feel grateful we were referred to him!
