Bon Secours Surgery Center was wonderful to me, from registration to the nurses and the anesthesiologist, but especially Doctor William Byrd, he is my hero for fixing my hip. They explained everything in detail what they were doing. Everyone was so professional. They treated me like a queen. The only thing I was missing was the crown, but they did give me a blue cap to put on my head. 😂 I was home in 6 hours after surgery, so my experience was very good, so thank you for that. Me, personally l would recommend them.

I had knee replacement at this facility on 3 February 2025. I arrived at 6:00 am and was met immediately by a very nice lady named Dianna. I already felt like I knew her because she had been working with me through email to explain the process and help me get the prearrival administrivia out of the way. We had also spoken a couple of times on the phone to answer my questions. The entire evolution from the time I arrived until I got in my car to leave was very efficient and coordinated. Everyone I came into contact introduced themselves and explained what their role would be during the visit. I felt like I was in very good hands and was very confident I was in good hands. I was correct. I simply don't know how any improvement could be made with the care I received. I would like to thank Jenny, Danielle, Nikita, Meghan, Hannah, Cathy, Rod, Diana and Dr. William Byrd. I'm not sure if I captured the anesthesiologist's name and if I did not I am truly sorry. His demeanor was very relaxed he was very kind. Both he and Dr Byrd were very kind and it was clear I was in good hands with them and the rest of the staff. Bottom line, if you are considering surgery at this center, I strongly recommend them. There care is nothing short of outstanding.

Had two out-patient surgeries and have nothing but great things to say about the experiences. The staff of nurses (pre-op, op, post-op and discharge), doctors, and administrators is incredible; polite, engaging, efficient, and most importantly extremely competent. They elicit full trust and confidence. The facilities are immaculate. Ok, there is construction ongoing, which is a little distracting, but when completed, it will only be better. The people really make the place however. I wish I could recognize everyone by name, but the fog of anesthesia makes it challenging. Jenny, Cindi, Reema, Camryn, Cathy, Barbara, Elena, Danielle DK,; unfortunately not an all inclusive list.

It’s rare that every person one interacts with in an organization demonstrates not only professionalism but kindness and effective communication skills these days. This was my experience here from the billing department to nursing. Each person who interacted with me demonstrated such acts in making sure I felt at ease before surgery. The nurse who was with me for pre and post-op stay, Kathy M., could not have been any better! She was so attentive and kind while doing all that’s required these days with sending a patient home after major surgery. And of course, I was especially grateful to the anesthesia team and Dr. Carter’s surgical team for doing a great job keeping me asleep and allowing me to awaken with renewed body parts!! If you are healthy enough ( it’s not in a hospital but there’s one 5 minutes away) and want to feel well taken care of, this is the place for surgery!

My mother had surgery here about two weeks ago, and it was an awesome experience. I felt nervous, but the team/staff that took care of her was pleasant and friendly, and any concerns she had or I had about the procedure they took the time to address. My mother was also well cared for after the procedure, the nurses even signed a card for her in her after-care package! This was a pleasant experience and I'm so thankful for the team that took care of my mother. I pray that others who come here have the same experience we had.
