Today my son had surgery and this whole process has been wonderful!!! All of my questions were answered the team gave reassurance, had positive attitudes even at 6am. Nurse Kate is a gem I absolutely loved how she cares for her patients and family. Mindy the scheduler she was so understanding no matter how many times I needed a second to look at my schedule and process everything. Dr. John is wonderful definitely the G.O.A.T. just everyone at this facility was just great. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your hard work, dedication, support, and caring hearts. Y'all made this easy!!

I would like to thank everyone for the precious time, care and happiness that they gave me from the minute I walked in to the minute I was wheeled out. I didn't catch everyone name. But I think Melissa the squeaky shoe, katey the golf girl and possibly Tina just for a second. I want to express my whole heart out to you and the rest of the staff for making ny 22nd surgery the BEST. I don't wish anyone to go through what I have. But if you do. These ladies, this staff and this establishment is the greatest. I felt that they really cared. I hope this finds it to them and helpful to anyone who needs help. If the patient care is anything like how they treat their employees, I'd steer clear of this dread-filled place. The place is run by an inept management group that is employed by people who think it's illegal to charge for processing medical records (a clear example of not knowing anything about what you're managing) and the management group itself is run by a board member, so obviously too many conflicts of interest to count, but as long as the board gets those dividends, I doubt they care how shady it all is. I will say that the nurses are great, the front desk staff is excellent, and your doctor, of course, will be too. Remember though, to call as many times as necessary about any refunds because the management company doesn't like having those worked too quickly, and I think we can all figure out why that would be.
