This was my very first surgery and I cannot imagine a better team to take of me. All of the staff was top tier. While I was extremely nervous, the nursing staff was absolutely amazing and comforting. Big thanks to Dr. Caldwell, his team and the anesthesiologists. Heather and the rest of the nursing staff (sorry if forgot names) made me feel very welcome, shared their expertise and catered to all my needs. To anyone considering St. Mary’s, you in the best hands here. They are absolute professionals and take their work seriously. I cannot overstate how thankful I am.

I had surgery last Tuesday & was BLOWN away by the customer service I received!!! Karen, at the front, was super sweet & helpful, Kim, the nurse who took me back & started the pre-surgery regimen, was very kind & efficient, Sherri & Emily (the nursing student) who were w/ me all before surgery were nothing short of amazing, they were both so sweet fun & made the process before surgery enjoyable, Dr. Stevens, was incredibly thorough & nice to talk to as well, Dr. Wolfe is obviously the best, and finally, Claire, the recovery nurse, she was an absolute hoot, helped me play a little joke on my husband, was so sweet & helpful when I was in recovery. I haven't stopped telling people how incredible the whole experience was. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I had to have another surgery yesterday & was equally blown away by their care. Joy, at check in, was incredibly kind & enjoyable to talk to, Stacy, my nurse was nice, the Nurse Anesthesiologist was soooo sweet & I'm bummed I didn't get her name, Dr. Stevens was thorough & fun to talk to, Dr. Deal was great, the recovery nurse was awesome, I think her name was Joan & Claire who called to check on me today was very sweet. They all rock!!!

About a year ago I had a cat bite at the animal hospital I worked at that caused an infection in my flexor tendon and I was in the early stages of developing trigger finger not to mention at risk for sepsis. I felt so much compassion from everyone between my frustrations with workers comp, the procedure itself and my anxieties, and the follow up checks. I was in awe at these guys and this center so much that I’m actually going back to school for surgical technology. These guys are incredible.💜

For a placed named after the mother of Jesus Christ these are the most cold hearted careless people I have ever met. They turned away my 9 year old daughter because I didnt have 400 dollars immediately to pay the 20% coinsurance before the surgery. Meanwhile my daughter sits here at home in pain and suffering because the thousands of dollars I have already spent on medical bills and I insurance has tapped me out completely. This is the saddest excuse for the medical facility I have ever seen and I highly encourage anyone seeking medical treatment to go elsewhere and if your doctor uses this facility find a new one.
