I have been here 3 times in the past 2 months for scheduled surgeries for my mom and the nurses, in particular, are stellar. They take the time to explain what they are doing, are thorough, and gentle. My mom especially appreciated the warm blankets they supply her with because she is easily chilled.

Absolutely horrible. Staff is not properly trained. The nurse that was assigned to my husband could not get the iv in his vein and kept fishing in 3 different spots. After the surgery the discharge nurse rushed us out and dropped the alcohol pad on the ground and picked it off the floor and cleaned his hand with it. After mentioning it was completely ignored. On our way home they called my phone 3 times and hung up. I thought something was seriously wrong g and I called them back and they just laughed it off by saying it was a mistake. 6 hours after the surgery his bandage came off completely. I mean they don’t treat you like human. You are just a patient and just a number. Called the center to talk to someone and was told to call back after 8 or a manager will call back.

I would like to thank the all female team that took incredible care of me on 21MAR24. The incredible nurse that put the IV in my hand with such precision. The awesome anesthesiologist that knocked me out with perfect timing. My wonderful doctor Patel, and the awesome nurse that contacted my wife to pick me up with perfect timing, oh and the awesome lady at reception that was so patient and deliberate and identified the mistake in the spelling of my name. What a great bunch of ladies and professionals!

The nurses and entire staff are very respectful and caring. They even sent out ‘get well soon’ cards after my two cataract surgeries. The team here prioritize patient care despite these difficult circumstances with COVID.
