After months of pain I finally made an appointment with Dr. Charron. From the initial visit all the way to the operation Dr. Charron and the entire staff were very accommodating and communicative. I am now pain free and back to my normal life thanks to everyone here. Would highly recommend.

The office manager is rude!!!! Whoever just answered my call is simply rude. I was calling to see if I could schedule an appt for a friend, out of pocket pay and she just dismissed everything. Cut me off stating they can't schedule an appt if the person doesn't have insurance. After I had already spoke to a nicer woman earlier who told me we could pay $100-150 for initial exam with or without insurance. Basically I won't be going to this location and if I have to that ride woman better not be there at all. I will have her job. Black woman of course....Unacceptable.

Dr. Chuquin was amazing! Her bedside manner, confidence, and follow up was truly one of the best! The entire staff from front desk, nursing, to anesthesia were all amazing. Everyone was very personable and everyone seemed happy to do their job and make your day as the patient better. The office and colonoscopy suite was very nice and the whole process was completely efficient!

I cannot thank Dr. Charron and his team enough for the care they have provided for me. At my first appointment, I was absolutely terrified and uncomfortable with needing his help but in so much pain I had no other choice. Dr. Charron so kindly did everything in his ability to help me feel secure and safe during the exam. He showed such compassion not only for my medical needs but my emotional needs as well. And when my condition resulted in the diagnosis of a rare cancer, he was so kind and supportive in making sure I was not overly frightened by what my future had in store. He and his nurse were so involved in my care. They went above and beyond to help me process my news, even calling me or staying in close contact through email to make sure I had what I needed to set me on a good path. I highly recommend Dr. Charron to anyone who have issues going on that needs his expertise. It makes a stressful situation less scary and he treats you as an individual and not as a medical diagnosis.

5* is not enough for Dr. Chuquin & her medical assistant, Connie. They both were so incredibly personable, kind & knowledgeable. This is not the kind of Dr. anyone really wants to be at, but they made the experience so comfortable. I came home & immediately told my husband that we both are going to start seeing her b/c she is easily one of the best doctors I've ever gone to (& I'm 47, so I've seen a lot of doctors). Blown away by their customer service is an understatement!!!
