The wait was unexpected and slightly stressful but staff was as accommodating as possible. Everyone I passed by was doing their best to provide the best experience for each patient. In specific ms. Dana in the observation area has been really sweet and welcoming and kind and comforting to each person who walks in. She was here both times and i can imagine how tired she must be but still manages to keep an upbeat attitude which is encouraging in my case as ive been nervous and stressed about my vaccine. But shes a refreshing burst of energy making my experience soo much lighter and brighter
Brilliant! Very well organized. Signs to parking, to the vaccine clinic, every step of the way. Reminds me of basic training - once you show up you can't go wrong. And five stars for the skills of the nurse. Had my second shot. Still brilliantly organized. Nurse Dana was the best jabber of my 80 years - better by far than anyone in the military and they are pretty good.
Impressive! Beyond words the overall process from start to finish was efficient & prompt. From the time of Pre-registration it took about a week to get an appointment. The instructions were clear & upon arrival the location was well marked as to park & where to go. The entire staff was fabulous, courteous, knowledgeable & professional. It went so smoothly & quickly with less than a 2 minute wait time. The administration of the vaccine was virtually painless. Overall impressive!!! Highly recommend Kaiser as a vaccination site!
Someone was in the lobby, escorted me upstairs, stopped at nurses desk, she took my temperature, directed me to a nurse who put myself info in her computer. I was directed to a chair that was immediately wiped down. I was called in and the nurse explained in detail about the vaccine and what I might experience. Asked if I was allergic or might have reactions from certain things, gave me the shot, told me to wait in another room for 15 minutes and after schedule for the second appointment.. That was it. The staff was very nice.
Compared to previous medical plans and doctors, (I am in my 60's and have participated in several) Kaiser is by far the best. Very good doctors. Excellent follow up after appointments. I do have to wait sometimes to get a checkup, but it is a lot shorter than other doctors (esp. the VA). Very quick appointments for emergency or critical medical needs. I will definitely stay and recommend Kaiser! Yes, I do have occasional mistakes from the billing department, but they have been resolved with a simple phone call.
