Son had ear tube sugery today. He has extreme fear of the doctors. Every staff member today was amazing. Nurses who took extra steps to help. Doctors were amazing. Post op care was gentle and quick. Couldn’t have asked for a better team today!

Nice clean place. Staff very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was being charged twice for the cataract surgery. I think it should be 1set price or atleast half price since the eye dr will only do 1 eye at a time. Especially when insurance will not pay for it. I think 630.00 is a little much for each surgery and that's not including the eye dr fees. And the eye drops are separate as well. But overall very nice clean and friendly!!!

I recently underwent a tonsillectomy at Lynchburg Surgery Center, performed by Dr. Jay Cline, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional care I received throughout the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the check-in process was seamless, thanks to the kindness and efficiency of the front desk staff. Although I didn't catch her name, her warm demeanor set the tone for the rest of my visit. The nurse, Beb, who prepared me for surgery went above and beyond to ease my anxiety. Her ability to keep me distracted and laughing during the IV installation made all the difference. Her outstanding bedside manner truly made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Jay Cline's personal touch further solidified my confidence in the team. His willingness to pray with me both during the pre-op appointment and before the surgery itself provided a sense of comfort and reassurance that is hard to come by in a medical setting. Overall, my experience at Lynchburg Surgery Center was nothing short of excellent. The combination of compassionate care, professionalism, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Jay Cline and the entire team at Lynchburg Surgery Center for anyone in need of surgical care.

On 2/1 and 2/15/2024 I had Cataract surgery at the Surgery Center in Lynchburg, VA. Dr. Gene Moss and his team at Piedmont Eye Center provided great service from beginning to end. Tammy the Surgical Coordinator was very efficient and helpful. Sierra and Vanessa J. at check in were very nice and helpful. My pre-op nurses Abbie and Charity were very kind and explained everything they were going to do and made me very comfortable. Th OR nurses Jessica, Emily, and Bekah were very professional and also made me comfortable. Dr. Gene Moss kept the OR room relaxed and explained what he was doing, while being a perfectionist working on my eyes. After the surgeries Meredith, Josie, Ariana, and Amy O. helped to get me ready to go home and made sure my ride was waiting for me. I appreciate each and every one of them for making it a pleasant experience. Lynchburg is very lucky to have them. Sandy

I had my first ever major surgery here today that involved general anesthesia. My experience from check-in to recovery was truly a 10/10. Every single staff member and nurse I encountered was pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. The facility is nice and clean, they explain everything to you thoroughly and I felt completely comfortable. I walked into this surgery with a lot of fear and anxiety, but I couldn’t have asked for it to go any better than it did. My nurse, Jill, was amazing, the anesthesiologist was great in his explanation of things and very pleasant to talk to, and Dr. Gado was GREAT. If there was any place I’d recommend for surgery, it would be here. The only this I will say is I felt a little rushed out at the end and when I got there to check in, I was given the wrong persons paperwork. After getting mine, it had the wrong procedure listed, so my husband had to end up signing something else. Other than that, I had a great experience.
