I love that they text or call 6-7 mos before my next, annual visit is due to prompt me to make the appt. Flow in the office is super efficient & staff is very friendly. Dr. Kumar is very thorough and so easy to talk to. I love that he explains the rationale for his plan for me. I’ve never seen a specialist who spends so much time teaching a patient! I rarely have a question!

Ease of making appointments is wonderful. Short waiting room time. Very friendly and efficient staff. Doctor was prompt and thorough, asking questions and listening to me. I highly recommend this practice!

I was stressing about my stress test for days. I got there 1/2 early and they called me in earlier than my appointment. Kenya was amazing. Calmly and emphatically explained everything step by step. I felt so comfortable with her. The worst thing of the whole test was the heart presser cuff. I hate the presser of those things. Lavigne did the stress test part and she explained everything, she was so wonderful too. They make a great team. I would definitely recommend VCS for your tests.

This office is run very efficiently. One can partially check in on line prior to your appointment to save time. Once you arrive, there is little wait time til your check in is complete. Most always, the doctor sees me at the appointed time. The care I have received has been excellent. It has saved my life and that of others I personally know. I can't speak for every doctor in the practice but Dr. PETER RO is excellent. Knowledgable,experienced,compassionate and caring. I am grateful for his care.

Andi and Dr Erwin are top grade along with the nursing staff. Check in is easy, and the wait time to be seen is minimal. If you don't love my doctors move to West Virginia.
