I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received at VCU Ambulatory Surgical Center in Short Pump! I genuinely don't understand how anyone could rate this place less than five stars. As someone from a different culture and ethnicity, I was welcomed with open arms, and the care I received was exceptional. This was my second visit; last year, I had a CT scan, and today I underwent a tonsillectomy with Dr. Ryan Nord. The entire process went smoothly thanks to the professionalism and expertise of the staff. I want to extend a special thank you to the nurse who prepared me for surgery. She was incredibly helpful and supportive, not just to me but also to my wife and kids. Additionally, the two nurses who assisted during my recovery were absolutely amazing; their kindness and care made a world of difference. The anesthesiologist and his team were equally impressive. They made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process, providing me with the reassurance I needed. Dr. Ryan Nord and his team were phenomenal. After my recovery, they ensured that I had everything I needed, including prescriptions for soreness, nausea, inflammation, and any potential stomach issues following the surgery. Once again, thank you so much to everyone at VCU Ambulatory Surgical Center! Your dedication and professionalism truly made this experience a positive one. I appreciate you all, and I love the care I received! 😊

Terrible service, they don’t know how to schedule. expect huge delays like at an airport. Waited 3 hours for a 20 min procedure I would recommend another location.

Everyone, including Dr. Manzoor took excellent care of me. I even received follow up calls today, after yesterday's surgery. The first call was Dr. Manzoor himself and a second call from the hospital. I wish it wasn't such a long drive up there, because I would go there for anything and everything! They were all wonderful, so kind, and caring!
