This may be TMI, but I want to give credit where it's due. Read on if you want the (expurgated) details. Dr. Hepper at the Richmond location astutely identified a nearly-invisible-to-me and fortunately non-life-threatening lesion very near my left eye and referred me to the Henrico location. There, Dr. Rausch deftly performed the stage-3 Mohs surgery, after which I couldn't help wondering about possible disfiguration from the medically-required wound (no photo will be posted!). Dr. Schleicher then performed the closure, including a small skin graft from the same location. This would be my first plastic surgery of any kind. When I later removed the original bandage, I was truly astounded by the quality of his work. Even if I end up with a faint hairline scar, I expect my appearance to be 99.9% unchanged. When Dr. Schleicher entered the exam room for my follow-up visit, I clapped quietly and said, "Bravo." This guy performs surgical miracles. Again, bravo (or brava) to all involved, physicians and support staff.

Excellent care. I’m a retired ER physician and asked to watch the procedure. I was told by the nurse that the doctor wanted me to leave the room. He may feel uncomfortable being watched while he does a delicate procedure so I understood. I left. Very minor issue. Extremely professional office and staff. Thank you for the care you gave my wife.

I felt very comfortable and well cared for by Luc. He knew everything I needed before I could ask. Very well educated and an expert at his job. Dr Rausch was amazing. Getting your nose cut is serious business and she did a wonderful job. I only hope I heal well and in time the scar will fade. Time will tell. I could have used more anxiety medicine though. I was very nervous. But it's over now and it's time to heal. Luc explained all the aftercare to me and my son. Thanks

First of all, I would like to say I have no idea where “coco the magnificent” came from in my google account. I am guessing this was one of my kids and of course no one can figure out how to remove it. It’s quite the way to remember our dead guinea pig forever. 🤦‍♀️ Now that I’ve made that clear, I’d like to say what an amazing experience I had with Elevate Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. I came in for an upper bleph consult with Dr Schliecher. I am definitely younger than the typical upper bleph patient, but Dr Schliecher never made me feel like I was crazy for wanting this done at my age. He also did not try to “sell” me on the procedure. He was very clear about what he would do, what to expect, etc. I obviously decided to move forward with the procedure and I could not be happier with my decision. My results are so natural and took years off of my eyes. I have had so many compliments and I’m sending everyone to Dr Schliecher! The day of the procedure was seamless- from the ladies at the front desk (Crystal and Annie) to the nurse manager (Jennifer) who did a phenomenal job of reviewing my history, checking meds, etc on their new electronic medical records, to the precious MA, Holden, who helped prep me and assisted Dr Schliecher during the procedure. This was literally the dream team. And Dr Schliecher was incredible. I literally never felt him numb me with the lidocaine….maybe it was the Valium….but I’d like to think it was pure talent. He and Holden talked me through the whole procedure and I was never uncomfortable. I literally never had any pain after the procedure. There were a few days of swelling which is completely normal, but minimal bruising and zero pain. They made sure I had meds at the pharmacy in a timely manner and sent me home with a cute little post op bag. Dr Schliecher personally followed up with me the following day (Saturday), which being in healthcare myself, I can assure you that doesn’t happen very often! I could go on and on, but I just want to say if you’ve been thinking about having an upper bleph (or any cosmetic procedure for that matter) I would not look anywhere else. This is your place! I’d do it a million times over with this crew. ❤️

I absolutely recommend this practice. From the front desk staff to the nursing staff to my wonderful physician Dr. Will Schleicher, it is a seamless efficient and professional experience. Dr. Schleicher is so kind and really takes his time to listen to my concerns and addresses them all with such competence and confidence, I always feel it ease when I am there. Highly recommend!!!
