UPDATE: (From 1 star to 4) The matter has been rectified. To my knowledge, the elevator has been working. However, when it is not working an employee of Able Transportation will be in the building with a stair climbing wheelchair that can take the elderly or disabled upstairs to their appointments and bring them back down. The owners of the Paragon building have for some time and continue to fail to provide access for the elderly and or disabled, be it a permanent or temporary disability, to the upper levels when the elevator is (which is often) not working. This is a clear violation of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the civil rights of these individuals. Providing Access to these individuals only between the hours of 9am to 12 noon, is insufficient and unacceptable. It denies access to individuals who are required to be in the building before 9am or after 12 noon (such as staff, post surgery patients, visitors and those with appointments after 12 noon.) Accessibility to the upper levels must be provided from the time the building opens, to the time the building closes.

The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the Covid test here was $100. Other than that everyone was very nice, fast, and accommodating.
