***THANK YOU!!!***My parents had their medical procedures here several years ago. The whole staff treated them with care. Recently, my sister had her life-saving procedure here as well. She was really nervous. The whole medical staff were friendly, thorough, and they put her at ease by answering all her questions. Dr. Alison Oakes was great, thorough, personable, and professional. Dr. Oakes met her prior and after her medical procedure to discuss the outcome. Alyson, Professional Care Representative, followed up by calling my sister the next day to see how she was doing. Alyson patiently answered all her questions. Everyone from the reception area to the medical staff showed kindness and provided the utmost medical treatment with compassionate dignity and genuine respect. My family and I trust Utah Surgical Care. I recommend that everyone trust them for taking care of their loved ones too. THANK YOU UTAH SURGICAL CENTER TEAM!!!
My son had surgery with Dr. Banks(fabulous guy). I could tell it was a busy day by the amount of people in the lobby. Usually with that comes subpar care but that was not the cases. The staff couldn’t have been better from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly nice and went out of their way to make him comfortable. I give them high props!!
Already having a terrible experience here. We filled out the paperwork online before the appointment. Turns out that is pointless because we had to refill out everything that was done online. They called me around 3pm the day before to list out restrictions... for the whole day prior to surgery seems like poor management that they call that late when it's full day restrictions. They also said the appointment is at 8:30, when I went to check in they said the appointment wasnt until 9. Turns out the doctor has a financial investment and gets kick backs for sending people here(that feels scummy because that means they aren't being referred for being a good location). They don't tell you the doctor gets kick backs until you get there and are signing for payment. They charge you for the facility and the doctor while the doctor gets kick backs. The lady told us a different price when we got here than what we were originally told. Then said "if we overcharged you, then you have to do the work to find out after and get a refund." Disrespectful staff, this is just getting checked in. Haven't even met the doctor yet and the lady at the front desk was upset I asked to meet the doctor prior to operation.
My wife's surgery went great. We felt comfortable from start to finish. All of the staff treated both of us with respect. I was well informed throughout her surgery and recovery. We will definitely use Utah Surgical Center in the future.
I overpaid my portion of my bill now if I owe them money, they would be sending letters. The surgical center owes me money and I can’t find anybody there to get the money they owe me. I have called five different departments. They switched me to a different department every time this is over a two week. Period and I still cannot find anyone who is going to pay me the money. They owe me they will give you the runaround.
