Great place! Dr. Denny is awesome! Very thorough and explains things very well. He is also far more interested in the health of your eyes than making money off unnecessary procedures. Great guy and great staff! Highly recommend!

The staff and doctors are very good. I am always treated kindly and with respect. My disappointments are the same as they have been for years. The kiosk machine in the lobby is slow, unnecessary, and difficult for elderly people to stand and figure out how to use. It is not necessary for the clinic to scan my drivers license & two insurance cards every time I come in. The second problem is the wait time to see the Doctor. I waited over an hour yesterday and I had to leave. A one or two hour wait time is too long.

Thank you so very much for seeing me on such short notice! The service I received was friendly, caring, and very personal. I will go to Zion Eye Institute for all my optometry needs for the rest of my life. The service I received was very professional and thorough. Thank you again for making my experience a pleasant one!

Had a great experience with Dr. Edward’s and his lasik coordinator, Alex. The tech who helped me with the surgery was amazing. The front desk ladies are a little disorganized. Overall such a nice staff! I’m a month post op and I’m so happy I did it ( besides it being the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done). My one complaint is they cram so many appointments into one time slot, my appointments always end up taking SO long. Of course things happen, and 10 or so minutes isn’t a big deal. But I had to wait an hour just to spend 2 minutes with Dr. Hauck ( who is also incredible). I understand they try to accommodate a lot of patients, but this system they have isn’t working. I’ve had 5 appointments here and every single one I’ve had to wait 45-60 mins to be seen. If you aren’t in a rush and don’t mind waiting forever, this is a great place for sure.

My visit to Zion Eye Center was the best medical visit I’ve ever experienced! Dr. Shliesser was very professional and personal. He took time to explain things and answer all my questions. The staff too was so friendly and helpful. I am happy to have found people who offer such great eye care. -Cindy
