This company likes to strong am people into paying their bills. They DEMAND an upfront payment which they determine based off possible surgery costs even when the procedure is covered by insurance and they will get paid less any deductibles. Other reputable companies that I have dealt with will send you a bill after the procedure so you can pay them. If the bill comes out less than expected then oh well. When they send out additional bills they hound you with a demand for payment within a few days of them sending a bill out. Yes medical bills need to be paid but they're is no reason to hound someone unless they have not paid anything in a few months at the least.

There is a lady at the front desk who was exceptionally rude. Like completely unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Her name is Melissa. If you have the opportunity to avoid her I absolutely would. She told me “you have to pay your bills, I know I have explained this to you.” When in fact we had talked about me paying in three installments. And if she had said that to me I probably needed to hear it again because I have been in excruciating pain since I sliced my tendon and artery in the top of my foot. I was paying out of pocket and wasn’t expecting to pay $3700 upfront so it did surprise me. She also talked to me like a toddler and asked me if I was drinking coffee… a clear liquid. Then when my mom went back for my boot she said “she needs to listen to directions for once.” Like I’m sorry lady I spoke to you for a total of three minutes. You don’t know me, this is completely unprofessional. Every single person in this place except one was so amazing to me! Dr Campbell is amazing and I will be sending everyone I know to him, my nurse was amazing and funny I had such a great experience with all of them. I don’t want to punish them with one star because they deserve 5.

I’ve had 3 different surgeries here within the last year and as a medical professional myself, I’ve been amazed at how wonderful the staff are! Everything is explained thoroughly when receiving the phone call for the surgery time, and again when arriving at the facility. I have an unusually low pain tolerance and after each surgery, at no fault of the surgeon or anyone else, I came out of anesthesia in a lot of pain. Not one person made me feel bad about this and they made sure I was taken care of with the appropriate medications. From the receptionist, nurses, techs, anesthesiologist, and surgeon, I felt safe and can’t put into words how much I appreciated the compassion shown at this facility. I’ll always elect to have future surgeries at this facility if given the option.

Amazing staff!!! From the moment I checked in with the front receptionist Dianna's kindness and fun personality helped calm the anxieties I was feeling towards having surgery. I've always had terrible traumatic experience getting an IV. Matt was the bomb! He did such a good job and I was so thankful for him and his kindness. I've had a couple surgeries before and had horrible experiences waking up and being dizzy and nauseous and it took a while in recovery before I could leave. My anesthesiologist Dee Dee was Amazing! She told me she would give me all sort of stuff to help with nausea and she kept my head upright during the surgery. She was so kind and took such good care of me with warm blankets, explaining everything she was doing and very sympathetic with my past experiences with vertigo. When I woke up after surgery I felt amazing and had no nausea or vertigo. My nurse Ed who helped me in recovery was so kind and very cautious that I wouldn't fall over and I was very thankful to him also. I hope the staff can read this and fill my genuine appreciation for all that you did for taking such great care of me. Keep up the wonderful work and God bless!🙏👏👍❤️

We have been 110% happy with EVERY aspect of our care here. Dr. Kenna Larsen is THE best surgeon we have ever known, the staff here have been phenomenal. It is never fun when your loved one needs a procedure, but S.O.S.S. made the whole process painless. They even price-matched, so the cost was 90% less than expected.
