Apparently they outsourced their billing and they are putting profit before patients I understand that they need to get paid I get that but not willing to do payment plans and wanting the full amount upfront or half upfront before they will do the surgery and then only telling you days before your surgery is messed up and calling it a good faith estimate again is messed up. I’m sorry my rent gets paid because I need a place to stay as well as my surgery but at this point I’ll deal with the constant sinus pain because I can’t afford to come up with $1300 the same week my rent is due and I don’t qualify for care credit and I make too much to get Medicade and guess what I’m the only one paying my bills. I’ve been a McKay patient since I was born and the way things are handled these days is ridiculous.

Had cataract surgery #1 today with Dr. Williams. The ENTIRE staff here is incredible, from the check in to discharge. Utmost professionals, coordinated, efficient, the entire process was spectacular with the facility spotless clean. I'll be back for eye #2 next week and already know the visit will be superb.

The staff are professional and very caring. The PAs and nurse practitioners are also excellent. The surgeon did a terrific job. I highly recommend Katie surgical center.

Had surgery here twice this year, on my wrist by Dr.Sellerz and on my shoulder by Dr.Harrison. Both surgeons were great. 10/10. Both times I received great care from start to finish. Even the phone ladies were nice and had personalities, it didn’t seem like I was talking to robots. Everyone involved on both cases was Grade A professionals.

I had a wonderful experience at the McKay-Dee Surgical Center. I had to have an eye surgery that was performed by Dr Lever. The staff was so kind and personable. The front reception helped to get me checked and helped the whole process go smoothly. All of the nurses were so helpful and understanding of my situation. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The surgical staff did an amazing job at communicating with me and each other. The anesthesiologist was wonderful and helped to ease any of my concerns. I drove 45 minuets to get to this surgical center and it was absolutely worth the drive. The staff is exceptional and does a wonderful job at caring for their patients.
