I had a procedure today at Layton Surgical Center and thought everyone was wonderful! From check in to discharge, everyone was so kind and put me at great ease. I loved Bree, Colette, McKenzi, my OR nurse (I wish I remembered your name) and my phone check-in nurse (I’m sorry I didn’t remember your name). These ladies deserve beyond 5 stars. Thanks for making a stressful experience a lot more pleasant! You truly make a difference!

My experience was very positive. The staff was awesome! The facility was very nice. If I ever have another need for a surgical center. This is where I would go. Great job!

This place is really nice! It was so clean, the staff was so nice. 10 out of 10 would do surgery here again lol. The other reviews have to be one off situations be the process was very easy and streamlined

I had a very difficult experience with your facility regarding a planned surgery. I was told my procedure could not proceed due to a miscommunication, which was upsetting. The staff's communication, including the manager's, was very rude, and I felt I was not being treated with the respect a patient deserves. The demand for a $3,500 upfront payment on the day of the surgery was unexpected and stressful, and ultimately, I had to find a different facility for my procedure. The way your team handled this situation was deeply disappointing. I expect more from IHC.
