I had rotator cuff and a bicep tears repaired at this facility on Tuesday, 12/16/25, and it. was such a wonderful experience all things considered! The receptionist and registrar (sorry I didn’t get their names) welcomed me with smiles. They were so pleasant and efficient. Melissa, who called me back to pre-op and went over my chart, was great. She allowed my husband to come with me. Some facilities make them wait until you’re almost ready to go back to surgery. Abee took my vitals and got me ready for Georgia who hooked up my IV and was an awesome post-op nurse, as well. Al my personable OR nurse, came by pre-surgery to introduce himself and ask some questions. Dr. Shuh, my anesthesiologist, gave me an awesome cocktail of medication, especially the nerve block! He seemed to be quite the character in pre-op, but took great care of his patients! Finally, Dr. Andrew Lee, the orthopedic surgeon from the Fort Worth Bone and Joint Clinic, who was a miracle worker in fixing my shoulder. Don’t let the cowboy boots and scrubs fool you. He knows what he’s doing! A remarkable thing that Dr. Lee did that such impression on me and those I’ve told was that he called me from his personal phone the evening of the surgery to check to see how I was doing! I’ve had a lot of procedures and can’t recall any other physician making time to do this! I don’t know if it’s an expectation of this practice or just Dr. Lee’s practice, but it was very much appreciated! Thank you everyone for a wonderful experience!

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give!!!! Had ankle surgery there on 11/14 and the entire staff was AMAZING at every step (registration, pre-op, PACU). I wish I remembered more names as they all deserve a call out, but Alison (I believe that was her name) got me settled in Pre-Op & made sure all our questions were answered...always with a smile on her face. Everyone was very professional and calming and will to help with all our needs. My surgeon, Dr Garrett, did a Great job and explained everything before taking me to the OR. Could not have asked for the surgery to go better.

I had a near perfect experience here for my ankle surgery. From registration to the pre-op nurse to the anesthesiologist and CRNA to the post-op nurse…everyone was absolutely amazing. I hope I don’t need another surgery but if I do, I know where I’m going.

My mother had foot surgery here, and we had a phenomenal experience. Brand new facility. She arrived early, and they were able to take her back for the surgery prior to her scheduled time. The staff and nurses were incredibly helpful, patient, understanding and professional. Nurses Julia and Georgia specifically worked with us, and were absolutely amazing. They explained things slowly to make sure we understood and never seemed to be in hurry.
