My colonoscopy experience on 02/10/2026 was actually wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was patient, kind, understanding, respectful, and professional. I felt well taken care of, with consideration genuinely provided for my concerns and modesty. This was perhaps my 6th lifetime exam, and Dr. Contreras and the support staff made it the best one yet! I am truly grateful for them.

My entire experience at Waco Gastroenterology was a good one. It was easy to get an appointment and the staff was courteous. Although the prep was not fun, once I arrived at the center, I was treated very well. The techs, nurses and all of the staff were so kind and took great care of me. A shoutout to my nurse, Shana, who sat with me through a delay and was very fun to visit with. She definitely put me at ease. I felt very comfortable and like I was in good hands the entire time. I highly recommend WGE.

The office staff very efficient and polite. The medical staff so very caring. I received TLC that I needed to calm my apprehension my bedside nurse, the nurse who put in my iv, my anesthesiologist, and Dr. Contrareras. The procedure went well and quickly. They took good care of me.

I actually enjoyed the conversations with the whole staff.They were very professional, kind, knowledgeable and respectful. The Doctor was also talkative with me and I could tell that the entire staff knew how to take care of their patients by simply making them feel comfortable prior to the examination. Great staff!
