Dr. McCollough was extremely personable, listened intently to my primary reason for the visit, took time to explain exactly what she was doing to address the problem and additionally examined other susceptible skin areas and applied remedial measures to prevent continued deterioration. She, and her very capable assistant made the experience very reassuring and certainly brightened my day.
