First colonoscopy done and let me tell you DR Kim and team are exceptional! To the anesthesiologist you are an angel thank you for helping me feel comfortable during sedation as I had high anxiety you made it so easy for me also anyone else who helped prep you are also amazing! The team here is wonderful and made this experience seem less and I am grateful and thankful for what you all do here. Highly recommend! Ps I don’t do reviews often but this level of care deserves praise and recognition

How many times have you gone in for a medical procedure and after it was over with you felt like it was a fun and rewarding experience? My guess it would be a big fat ZERO!!! To get that to be a positive number, get your next procedure done at Alpha Surgical if you have a choice. The doctor did a great job but that is expected. What is not expected is the personal treatment you receive. The ladies that helped me through the overall process not only did a stellar job but they treated me like a real friend with compassion and care. The thing that stood out about these folks is they all talked to me about non-medical things and showed that one can do your job and be friendly and personable at the same time. How many times have you been treated like a robot or a chair by public-facing service providers? My guess is LOTS!!! Emily got me set and ready to come in. Really enjoyed talking to her on the phone and the other ladies brought her to meet me while I was there. Jennifer got me ready for the procedure. Her personal touch was nice and calming before getting rolled in to the OR. Caroline took care of me post-op. She too was personable and pleasant. She also took care when ripping out my IV!!! Jessica made me feel very comfortable as I was waiting to leave. Generally one has to ask for things to make you feel better after getting poked. Jessica asked me if I wanted something to drink and the diet cola she brought me hit the spot along with the Goldfish!!! And Nita followed up with me afterwards. That happens at times but not as often as it should!!! She too was pleasant , caring and personable. And she was kind enough to get me the names of the other ladies mentioned here. I had so much fun, I am going back for an encore next Wednesday!!!

All staff was amazing and kind. I would give this place 5 stars. The only reason I an giving 4 stars is because of my surgeon. The man could not be bothered to come and speak with me or answer any questions before or after my surgery. In my opinion Dr Blackwell needs to retire or quit doing surgery when you can't or won't give medication that will actually help alleviate some pain. My anesthesiologist and nurses were way more concerned with my care and pain management than my surgeon was. Maybe this center should take a look at allowing him surgical privileges there. I have to give praise for all other staff that was amazing. I will be blasting my surgeon directly next!

I accompanied my wife here for an outpatient procedure recently and was very impressed. I had never been here before. I found the whole operation from the check-in desk, procedure prep area, recovery room, and check-out to be very fluid and well run. The staff were all very nice, extremely professional, and wonderfully helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone having an outpatient procedure performed.

What an amazing experience! It has been years since I was treated this well. From check-in to discharge, the nursing staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel like I was the only patient. Everything was explained as I was prepped, the aftercare/recovery was awesome and I left with a complete understanding of what happened and what to expect at home. The surgical staff took great care of me and made sure I was fully educated on every step. It really doesn't get any better. Not that I want more surgeries but if I do, I'm hoping it will be at Alpha Surgical Center. Thanks to Dr. Khosla for fixing me, the Abbott guys (for my implant), and especially the Nurses for their smiles and caring manner and everyone else who made my procedures go so well.
