Complete confidence. Walked me through everything more than once. Stephanie held my hand thoroughly thru out. She's now my second mom.
This place is very unsettling. No one answers the phone, but the phone is the only way they will tell you what time your surgery is for the SAME WEEK. They call and email without giving any details. Then, they tell you to call a number where no one answers (I tried many different work hours and days). I am returning to my doctor to get a referral to a specialist that does not use this center. I don't want to be vulnerable (under anesthesia) in a place that is so alarming. There are several red flags!
My son recently had ear tubes placed at the surgery center. As a first time mom it’s scary giving over your baby but I couldn’t speak more highly of the staff and our entire experience. The nurses made us all feel so comfortable and we’re so detailed during everything. We knew exactly what to expect before after and during.
I had a colonoscopy with dr Newton today and everyone at this facility was amazing from beginning to end. The lady that signed me in had a great smile/welcoming and Cathy with the paperwork was very kind and efficient. Jenny with pre op made me feel comfortable and less nervous. Jenny did a great job getting me ready and getting a IV in even tho my veins were hiding out. Dr. Houston/Andy: anesthesia and Katie RN/Rose tech were great in the surgery room. And of course Dr Newton kept me safe during my colonoscopy and I appreciate that. Everyone made sure to introduce themselves so I didn’t feel so nervous. I wish I knew the pacu nurses names that made sure I was ok and took me to the car ( I was still loopy from the sedation). I’m thankful for such a great doctor and great group of people that worked together from start to finish and kept me safe.
I had my ACL repaired here just yesterday and I was scared of what to expect with this being my first surgery ever. All I can say is that this was my best experience ever! Ive never been to a facility so clean as this one. The surgery team and surgeon was by far the best medical professionals that anyone could ever hope for. The doctors and nurses explained everything they were doing before treating me. I felt more than just a patient with this group of professionals. They were confident in what they were doing and knew how to make you laugh. I also want to say that their screening nurse and front desk receptionist was very nice and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone looking to have surgery. Also, I felt very safe with them considering the fact of covid going on. They handled this situation very well. I just wanted to say thank you to the nurses, doctors, surgeons, and the entire staff and facility. All of y'all are ROCKSTARS!!
