I was nervous before the procedure, but when I spoke with Shanel, her voice was direct and calming at the same time. Pre-operative with Sophia was the same, she went over my information and she also had a calm voice. I changed and laid on the Stretcher. I met the anesthesiologists, Dr. del Valle, who went over information of how the anesthesia will be administered and and he assured me that everything will be just fine. In recovery Kerri offered some juice, which she probably read it on my forehead, I needed the juice. Everyone was very welcoming and assured me that all will go well. Charmaine and Pat are also part of this team that helped me get through this. I would like to thank each and everyone of you for making this easier on me and my anxiety. Thank you so much for your professionalism and your compassion for people.

This is the best place to go get cataract surgery the staff is very kinda and do an awesome job of helping any way they can. From check in to check out it was stellar care. Dr. Wade did my surgery and did an amazing job. Thank you for the great care and keep up the good work.

My experience with Sugar Land Surgery Center was absolutely amazing!! Going in for cataract surgery was a moment of anxiety, and fortunately I have the best ophthalmologist, Dr. Michael Koop, who performed my surgery recently. From the moment I walked in the door, greeted by Sheryl, who was extremely busy, yet so pleasant and professional, I knew I was at the right place!! Kimberly R., who checked me in and helped me take care of co-pay, etc., was top-notch!! The nurses, Sangeeta, Vicky, and Dorte were on top of their game. There was one other nurse whose name escapes me, starts with an "S", was also absolutely awesome!! The anesthesiologist, Dr. Demissie, was exceptional on every level!! Made me feel so comfortable, just as all of the nurses, etc. had, and her demeanor is that of a warm, caring. To be cared for in the absolute best possible manner by everyone at the Sugar Land Surgery Center eased my mind on so many levels! I was NOT treated as a number, but as a human being on every level, and am now tremendously relieved that they provide such exceptional care, as I prepare for my upcoming cataract surgery on my other eye! BEST CARE ANYONE COULD ASK FOR!!

During my husband's cataract surgery, the entire team was professional and friendly. From checking in with Shanel, pre-op with Leslie, operating room with Camille, anesthesia with Dr. DeMissi and Chad, surgery with Dr. Porter, and recovery with Bernadett, the entire experience was great! We were kept well informed throughout the entire process.

I recently had a procedure done at Sugarland surgery center. I would like to say that I would highly recommend anyone I know or don’t know to use this facility for your surgical needs or test needs for you or your family I’d like to say the staff is very friendly very caring they listen. Excellent customer service and they took care of me very very well. I’d like to mention Shanel at the check-in very sweet fast and helpful. my preop nurse Leslie absolutely adorable she’s precious very caring. We need more nurses like her operating room Nell / Shayna excellent reassurance when I was nervous. Very patient and understanding with me caring my anesthesiologist was awesome.Dr. Hallenbeck I was nervous and he reassured me over and over that everything was going to be OK very compassionate patient and understanding and last but not least the recovery. Bernadette absolutely five stars she’s precious funny understanding, and cheers you up . My Doctor from Texas Eye institute and Sugarland, Dr. Johnson is absolutely the best I have ever been to in my life. I highly recommend him. He is very informative. I’m not young so I have seen plenty in my life above all he is the best. Five stars for the staff the facility and my doctor. Thank you for the awesome care you gave me. Kimberly Stolle .
