We had such a positive experience at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center during my son’s recent procedure. From check-in to recovery, every single staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and incredibly compassionate. The nurses were especially wonderful — they took such gentle care of my son, made him feel safe, and even helped ease our nerves as parents. The anesthesiologist and surgical team were reassuring and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us so much peace of mind. We are so grateful for the care and attention the entire team provided. It truly made a stressful day so much easier. Thank you to everyone at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center at Pinecroft for treating our son like one of your own!

I recently had surgery on Monday and this is an amazing facility, I highly recommend for your surgery needs. All of my nurses were amazing and treated me with so much care and patience. I was nervous going in and they made sure everything was comfortable for me and relaxed!

My husband and I have used this facility in the past year, and they are super nice and professional. I would offer a 5 star review if I could get someone to call me back for the last month and several messages about getting a statement of paid amounts to what my insurance is saying I owe. NO ONE returns calls, no way to figure out how to access my statements online, etc. VERY poor customer service in this department and they make you pay when you arrive... per my insurance I've overpaid.
