Unfortunately they will schedule you during their lunch period. I came a little early my appointment was at 12:30 and I wasn’t seen until after 1. I work in the medical field too. I understand it gets busy, but unfortunately there is nothing they will do for you. You’ll just have to wait.

No matter what issues I may be having, when I arrive at this office I am always greeted with smiles and words of comfort. They are accommodating on the phone as well. Class A service.

I’m glad, I went to Berkeley Eye Center in Spring TX. Excellent service by very courteous knowledgeable staff. Dr Manzil Quadir is superb, and did a perfect job. I recommend anyone who wants a proper vision exam etc. should visit and get the best possible results by this center and doctor. Thank you. Kay Zey Spring TX

Dr. Quadir is hands down one of the best providers I had had. The medical staff here is awesome. I don't know everyone's name but Tina and Alina are great. I am especially appreciative of how patient Alina was with my son. I switched over to this location over a year ago and so glad I did.

The doctors and some staff are very good. However, the front desk personnel need training in customer service. Berkeley Eye Center is notorious for wait times. I’ve had to wait an hour for an appointment, after the allotted appointment. And every time I express frustration, I am given lip and attitudes that throws the issue back in my face. It has been so bad, I stopped going Berkeley altogether, same as my husband. Only my retired mother insists on coming. I’m sure they are nice people, but they aren’t the only ones with a job that requires you to be at your desk. My boss is waiting for me and also rolled her eyes when I told her where I was. “They take forever!” is a common remark I hear. If Berkeley reads this, please understand you need to respect our time as much as we respect yours. Perhaps we, your patients, should charge you for the time waiting in the waiting room after our appointment time, and maybe the blue suits who run the front desk will finally give a damn.
