I was scheduled for retinal detachment surgery which I’d only found out about days prior. We’d called & left a message to try & discuss a payment plan, but were never called back. After driving over 2 hours we were turned away for not producing $1000 up front. For an urgent surgery that could I could lose my eyesight without…. that was it…. Sent away. Thankfully, family came through & paid the remaining balance by phone. Just be advised, they don’t accept Care Credit or anything less than the full balance you’re responsible for. And don’t expect compassion or empathy.

Had my surgery on yesterday, November 11 25. All the staff was very kind and so very much empathy except for Jimmy. He was the anesthesiologist. He was very prejudice and showed no empathy. I remember everything that happened to me from beginning to end. I have a medical condition called anxiety. I was very nervous and crying. Jimmy was so rude. He was cursing in front of the ER doors when I told him I did Blood pressure I will go further in reporting this If he is the only anesthesiologist that they have, I will never have another surgery here again there’s no need to be rude. We all come in different color shapes and sizes. He was very unprofessional and I did not like that. I was not sedated and I really was very scared even if I have to go all the way to the medical board, I will be reporting this everywhere my doctor was great, always have been, but I would not recommend using this facility because of the treatment that I receive from Jimmy anesthesiologist. I also will be asking them to pull the cameras to see his behavior. I was told that once I got my anesthesia that I will not remember anything. I remember every piece of bad treatment I receive from this man and I will be moving forward into my voice is hurt. This was unbelievable prejudice and ridiculously treatment. This man even snatch my blood pressure cuff off my arm and the post office when I was done with the surgery. If a surgery center will put up with behavior like this from any staff member they should not be in business

Was charged $389 up front. I asked for an invoice of what I was charged for. They said I had a zero balance and they didn't give invoices on zero balances. I said maybe I should no have paid upfront, then I was told that if I hadn't paid up front, then NO SURGERY Hope my doctor uses someone besides them if I have to have more surgery.

Everyone was so very nice, friendly, and professional. From the registration, to prepping me, and taking me back to OR for cataract surgery was a great experience and they even gave me a coffee to go!. Dr Khetpal is the best! Appreciate you all!

I don’t ever write reviews but took my 75 year old neighbor for her surgery set for 9 am. She finished her paperwork at 9:30 it is now 12:22 and she still hasn’t been taken back to start her eye surgery. Almost 3 hours later is really running behind and I have been sitting here in the parking lot waiting and no one even called to tell me I called to check on her to see if she was almost done and that’s when they informed me they were running behind and hadn’t even started yet. I understand running a little late but 3 hours is absolutely ridiculous.
