Don’t bother seeing a gastroenterologist if you’ve ever used a nicotine product in your life. Even if you quit nicotine a decade ago they will tell you every symptom you are currently experiencing is from your past life choices. Ridiculously lazy results and no real help.

Had great service! I was very anxious and stressed with it being my first colonoscopy, first time under anesthesia, and was worried about the results. Dr. Sharma had me scheduled for an appointment very quickly after I expressed my concerns. Marissa at the front, the nurses Callie, Sharon, Melanie and Mikayla, and anesthesiologist Nnenna were all excellent, super kind, and put me at ease. I just went to sleep and woke up and it was done super quick! Also grateful for available payment plans, definitely wouldn't be able to afford otherwise.

This is an awesome place to have your procedure done. Everyone is super friendly and amazing ..from the first person you meet (receptionist) to the nurse that preps you. Recovering nurse was great.. nurses that assist the doctor in surgery room made me feel at ease ,as I was super nervous. If your doctor has access to this facility to do procedure I highly recommend it. Dr. Sharma is the best.. Thank you all at Theda Iaks surgical center .

The wait is long (but i feel like this is not uncommon just a little annoying bc everyone’s hungry and tired) my appointment was scheduled for 10am but I was asked to come in at 8:30 to fill out paperwork I was in the waiting room until 10:30 where I started to get prepped for my colonoscopy. The entire staff was very kind from office staff to medical staff the nurses and anesthesiologist made sure to go through every detail with me and answer any of my questions. The most important thing is that the drs and nurses have good bed side manner and are good at what they do making you feel you’re in safe hands.

I was so nervous going in. The desk staff was very welcoming. The attending staff was amazing with helping me prep for my endoscopy procedure. Sarah injected my IV. she was very sweet and gentle. Caprice took care of putting me to sleep for the procedure. She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and ready to do this. If you have a choice I would choose this facility for your procedures. Entire staff wad very professional and very welcoming and above all very sweet and comforting. Thank you Theda Oaks for taking good care of me
